Ruslan Monolbaev Analyst

Prior to joining Verdeo Group, Ruslan worked as a project manager for Eurasia Foundation, a non-profit organization that promotes sustainable development in the region. At Verdeo, Ruslan supports all aspects of the company’s business including internal operations, customer acquisition, project execution as well as Verdeo’s growth into new business areas.

Ruslan’s previous experience includes serving as a consultant to Wolfensohn and Co. where he focused on the emerging carbon market regulations and policies in the Russian Federation. In addition, Ruslan has worked for two major international organizations, the USAID and UNDP, where he managed a portfolio of development programs with budgets of over $5 million annually.

Ruslan has a BA degree in Political Science from the University of Arizona and an MA degree in Security Studies with a concentration in international politics from the Edmund Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University.
